Bio

I am a third year teacher in a secondary school in Ontario, Canada. I've spent the last three years showing tenth-graders how to eat healthily, how to avoid the pitfalls of self image distortion and how to prepare a meal or two. In other words: Food and Nutrition. In the process I have opened a whole new pandora's box of interests and possibilities. I am sure that I have leared more than most of my students in these last few years.

I spent this morning looking for ways to use the cherries my family and I picked yesterday. There are also some roasted red peppers and some ripe tomatos I will have to find use for today. So when that's done I want to share and see what happens.
